Team Registration
Register your team for any of our four competition programs. Each program has its own registration form and deadlines.
Decathlon Registration
Register your nine-member team for scrimmage, regional, and state competition.
Octathlon Registration
Register your freshman/sophomore team for the Octathlon Region/ISD competition.
Pentathlon Registration
Register your 6th–8th grade team for region and national competition.
Lone Star Challenge Registration
Register your team for the Texas-exclusive Lone Star Challenge at the ISD or Region level.

Official manuals provide subject area guidelines, scoring rubrics, and rules for each competition program.
Order Forms
Order graduation cords, souvenir patches, and scrimmage test materials for your team directly from the state office.
Graduation Honor Cords
Red, silver, and blue honor cords for graduating team members. Orders ship the first of the month following payment — allow two weeks for processing.
Souvenir Patches
Region and state competition patches. State patches are limited to teams that qualify for the state meet; patch orders must be placed before February 15 to ensure timely shipping.
Scrimmage Test Materials
Scrimmage test materials cover Art, Economics, Literature, Math, Music, Science, Social Science, and Super Quiz, giving students a low-stakes opportunity to practice under real testing conditions before the competitive season begins. Materials must be ordered through a principal, coordinator, or host — not directly by coaches — and cannot be used before October 31, 2026.
